Old Joe’s Kaia is well-known for its excellent cuisine and fabulous wines. Meals are creative yet wholesome with a country flair in true South African style. Trout from the area is a regular feature, as well as venison and ostrich. Fresh vegetables and herbs are harvested from the vegetable garden. We also cater for vegans and vegetarians.
Advance bookings are essential for Dinner, while it is advisable to book for Breakfast and Lunch, especially for groups.
The kitchen uses as much organic produce as possible. Establishing its own vegetable garden and buying as much local free-range produce as possible in order to reduce food miles are all part of Old Joe's Kaia's underlying philosophy of providing the guest with a holistic experience of harmony and tranquillity.
